Service is attentive and polished, with a dedicated butler assigned to each room.
The pre-arrival butler welcome video on the iPad during the transfer to the seaplane terminal is a unique touch not commonly seen at other resorts.

The resort is relatively compact, and guests staying longer than five days may find the experience repetitive.
